Lets remember the possession with the saxon genitive ´s and with of.

We are going to review the Possessive ´s

We use possessive ´s with nouns to talk about possession.

• We use ´s with singular nouns: Zoes´s scarf, the cat´s tail

*If a name ends in -s we usually add an apostrophe ´    Charles´sister 

• We use ´ with regular plural nouns: the girls´sunglasses

• We use ´s with irregular plural nouns: the men´s shoes. 

• When we talk about something that does not belong to a person or animal, but is part of another thing, we do not use ´s. We usually use a phrase with of

the top of the mountain
